SQC is a brand-new business project of Xiamen Pagoda-Build Co., LTD, introducing a new business direction, confined to professional services of stone products quality control.
The project is implemented and administered by the most qualified and proficient quality control inspectors (QCs), experts of stone industry and managing board of the company.
Our company has developed an efficient methodology of quality control and a system of reporting, providing the most objective evaluation of products’ quality and ensuring the guarantee that our customer will get the utmost information about the order completion.
Such services as official representation of the customer in China, solving the disputes with manufacturers, arranging replacement of defective products etc. are offered within SQC project.
Advantages of cooperation with SQC are defined in minimization of quality risks either the order is produced by the long-term proved manufacturers or with the new and less familiar factories. A number of manufacturers offer very low and competitive prices; however, lack of cooperation experience with these manufacturers casts certain risks upon the quality of production and order fulfillment. Being an independent expert, SQC plays the crucial role in quality evaluation of various types of products, e.g. marble, which can vary greatly in its class and quality standard, and, accordingly, in its price.

General quality evaluation includes overall observation and analysis of quality related issues, based on careful examination of selected part of production. The report will give customer a comprehensive picture of products quality and existing problems.
Loading control. Within this service, our inspector is present at sight during the products loading, controlling the proper fixing of crates inside the container, as well as correspondence of loaded products quantity to the packing list provided by supplier.
Total quality control. This service provides the full inspection of all products executed by professional SQC team, who ensures that the products are fully corresponding with the agreed quality standards, sizes, quantities and other requirements of the customer.
Regardless of chosen package, an accurate report of inspection illustrated with detailed photos will be provided to customer.
